The harried assistant to a power tripping famous film
director must hide her boss' scandalous lifestyle from reporters in
this funny movie based on Azita Zendel's four years as Assistant
to Oliver Stone, when he directed JFK, HEAVEN & EARTH, NATURAL BORN
KILLERS & NIXON, and produced nine additional films like THE PEOPLE
VS. LARRY FLYNT.
World-famous temperamental film director Rick Jones (Don Hughes) has
his loyal Assistant Elsie (Amy Blomquist) at his beck and call. She runs
interference for Rick, puts out the fires he lights, and does damage control.
She also juggles their interns and his wife and his girlfriends. But when
a tabloid Reporter threatens to implicate Rick in an impending drug scandal,
she has to take matters into her own hands and decide how far she should
go to cover up for her boss…
